For anyone whose next client is somebody they have not met yet
The Builder Desk keeps your list of people, tells you who to call today, and gives you the words to open with, especially when it has been a while.
For real estate agents, insurance and financial advisors, dentists, contractors, wholesalers, network marketers, and anyone who has ever paid for a lead.
Free while we are in pilot. No card, nothing to cancel.
What do you do?
How close are you?
And you last spoke…
Talked recently
Go straight to it. Nothing for them to decide.
You talked a few weeks ago. Easing in reads as circling, and they’ll spend the whole call waiting for the real reason. So give it to them, and let that be the whole call.
What to say
“Hey, quick one. I got my license and I’m doing insurance now. There’s nothing you need to do with that, I just wanted you to hear it from me.”
Hold this back
Templates, not scripts. Three ways to say each one, and you fill in what you’re doing in your own words.
Your weekly goal
Pick a number, say five. The Desk counts every real conversation toward it: somebody picked up, somebody replied, you met. Calls that went to voicemail are counted too, so a hard week still shows as work.
No leaderboard. No streak to break. Nobody else sees your number.
Try it. Drag the slider.
This week
7 calls made · 4 days left
2 more people to talk to, 4 days to do it. You are on track.
What it does
days without contact and they move to the top of your list
Everyone you know, what stage each person is at, and the thing a spreadsheet never tells you: who you have not spoken to in a while. After two weeks with no contact, a person moves back to the top so you see them.
You tried it at the top of this page. What you say after a week is not what you say after a year, so the app gives you a different first line for each, plus what to say back if they ask “is this a sales thing?”
It gives you the approach, not a script. You still sound like yourself.
in the morning, weekdays only, in your own timezone
One notification, weekday mornings, and only if somebody is actually due a call. No weekends. Never twice in a day. If there is nothing to do, it stays silent.
The notification never shows a person’s name on your lock screen. Their name is private, and you might be in a coffee shop.
How many people you will talk to this week. You pick the number, and nobody else sees it.
The app counts real conversations toward it and shows your calls beside them, so a week where nobody picked up still counts as effort.
After a call, press record and say what happened. The app writes the note, the next step and the follow-up date for you, in the language you spoke. Prefer to type? It cleans up the spelling.
“Linh mentioned you.” That one sentence makes a call feel warm instead of cold, and the app keeps it ready because it tracks who referred whom.
It also keeps the personal things, the new baby, the new job, so when you call six months later, you sound like a friend, not a follow-up.
built in, no extra charge
It writes up your notes, picks who to call and gives you the first line. Nothing to set up.
Turn it on and the app loads your company’s levels and targets from a file your leader gives you. Turn it off and it is simply your list of people, with no ranks at all.
Either way, your upline never sees your people’s phone numbers, addresses or your notes. That is built into the database itself, not a setting anyone can change.
Who it is for
If your income depends on people who have not called you yet, you have two choices: buy leads, or keep up with the people who already know you. This is for the second one.
Everyone you know will move eventually. The question is whether you are the one they think of that week.
Referrals come from people who feel remembered. The Desk keeps the birthdays, the kids, the new job, so you sound like a friend, not a follow-up.
A practice grows on word of mouth. Fifty people who like you, kept warm, beat a mailer.
The next kitchen is the neighbor of the last one. Log the job, log the hello six months later.
You prospect too. Advisors take the call from the rep who remembered what they said last time.
Your list is your business. The Desk keeps it yours, and gives you the words when it has been a while.
If you run a team
Brokerage, agency, practice or downline: most team tools fail because people do not trust them with their contacts, so they never enter the real names. The Builder Desk is built so that they do.
Your levels, your targets, your programs. A new person types your code and gets the whole setup. No settings to explain, no onboarding call.
You see production and who is on the team, all the way down. You never see their contacts, their notes or their income. That is enforced in the database, and it is the reason your people enter their real list.
Not enough names? Talking but never inviting? Booking appointments that do not happen? The numbers show which one it is, so you coach the right thing in one conversation instead of saying “make more calls” for six months.
Points show up weeks after the work, too late to change what anyone does this week. The app works forward from calls and appointments to a points estimate, tells each person what this week needs to look like, and checks itself against your company’s official report.
And what it does not do
No lead lists to buy. The people worth calling already know you.
No scripts. A message you did not write sounds like one, and people can hear it.
No income promises. Nothing in the app tells you what you will earn.
No sharing your notes. Nobody above you ever sees your notes, your income, or why you are doing this.
No nagging. One reminder a day, and only when there is something to do.
Questions people ask
A CRM records what already happened. This tells you who to call next and what to say. And it reminds you on its own, even if you have not opened it in a week.
No. If you link to a team they see what your company already shows them: production and who is on the team. Never contact details, notes, or your income. On your own, nobody sees anything.
Good. This was built for you. It counts conversations, not sales, and the words it gives you are the ones you would use with a friend.
That is fine. The app comes with no levels built in. Your leader loads yours from a file, with your company’s names and numbers.
Open it, add five people you have been meaning to call, and see what next week looks like. If it is not for you, you have lost ten minutes and nobody will chase you.
