Coaching information stops one level up on purpose. A leader three levels above you should not be coaching your recruit over your head with your own data.

Where it is

Google’s servers, in the United States. Nowhere else.

Sign-in	Google Firebase Authentication	Google sign-in. We never see or store a password.
Your list, notes, plans, team	Google Firebase (Firestore), US region	Encrypted in transit and at rest. Access rules are in the database itself.
AI features	Google Gemini API, paid plan	Google does not train on it or send it to human reviewers. Only the text a feature needs is sent, never your name, email or account id.
Voice notes	Same provider, then dropped	Audio is turned into text and discarded. We keep only the text you choose to save.
Analytics and ad cookies	Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok	Only if you press Allow on the cookie banner. They see which page you are on, never your list or notes.

That is the complete list of companies that touch your data. If it ever grows, this page changes before the new one is added.

What we will never do

Five things, in writing.

Never sell, rent or trade your data. Not to lead vendors, not to any firm, not to anyone. There is no version of this product where that changes.

Never train a model on it. Not ours, not anyone’s. Your list and your notes are not a dataset.

Never show your upline a phone number or a note. The database refuses the request; it is not a setting a leader can change.

Never keep you. Export everything to a file and delete your account, on request, without a reason.

Never pretend to be your compliance archive. Your firm may require records to live in a supervised system. This is not that system, and we say so.

What to keep out

Please do not put these in.

The app does not need them, and no third-party tool should hold them: Social Security numbers, policy numbers, bank or account numbers, and a client’s medical or financial details. A name, a phone number, when you last talked and what they said is all it needs. Anything you add about somebody is held for you, at your direction; you are the one who has to have a reason to hold it.
